🐻 FLIGHT TO BEAR COUNTRY | 3 Days / 2 Nights Available June through August
This is the one that transforms lives. If you have ever dreamed of standing in the breathtaking wilderness of Alaska while brown bears roam freely around you, this Alaska cruise luxury program is for you.
Day 1 — Anchorage
Arrive in Anchorage and check in to the legendary Captain Cook Hotel — a historic institution in Alaska with stunning views of Cook Inlet and the majestic Alaska Range. The evening is yours to explore downtown Anchorage, renowned for its vibrant dining scene, craft brewery culture, and extraordinary fresh seafood — perfect for any culinary cruise Alaska enthusiast.
Day 2 — The Bear Encounter

You land in a remote bear habitat — accessible only by air — and have the opportunity to experience brown bears feeding and roaming freely, accompanied by expert naturalists who illuminate the behavior and ecology of these magnificent animals. There are no crowds. No buses. No gift shops. Just bears, wilderness, and one of the most extraordinary wildlife encounters imaginable.
Day 3 — The Grandview Cruise Train
The journey from Anchorage to Seward aboard the Grandview Cruise Train beautifully transitions you from land to sea. This scenic railway journey threads through fjords, alongside glaciers, and towering forests before delivering you to the waterfront at Seward — where your luxurious Silversea ship awaits.
